I think I'm being phished. Help?

After 2-3 days I am receiving mails in my inbox as advrts Viagra or something that is often get in my bulk. Some emails and software piracy are also strange seeing in my inbox. These emails are coming with similar domain names to provide email services. I have not opened any of them. I immediately deleted the electronic. I think this is the act of some cookies you want to hack my ID. He also happened before. But fortunately yahoo has given me back ID. But now I want to ask how to defend This phishing scams without opening them? Well, I'm using Mozilla Firefox and I'm having antivirus s / w & spybot search and destroy. I have also updated my firewall with definitions of security provided by Microsoft.
