When I am an exchange student, my family has to host another student?

I want to become a foreign exchange student to Sweden. I have checked most excahnge foreign student programs and sees nothing of my family have to get someone if I go. Please answer, I think my sister well become an exchange student, is concerned extreamley going to have to live with an exchange student.
